Things can get pretty complicated pretty quickly when it comes to our diets. There’s so much info out there that it can feel overwhelming and difficult to know what’s “good” and “bad” for us.
This quote from @michael.pollan is a nice reminder to keep things simple:

1. Eat real whole foods (i.e. minimally processed)

2. Less of it
In western countries we tend to overeat – most of the current research on healthy aging is pointing towards eating fewer calories and having periodic fasting.

3. Mostly Plants
Whether carnivore or vegan, I think we can all agree that most of us could benefit from adding more plant foods to our diet
